Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
