Users of the Big and Travel Berkey expressed the need for a higher capacity filter due to their normal-sized families and unique lifestyles. These customers utilized the filtered water for various purposes, including drinking, cooking, pets, plants, and more. Often leading active lifestyles in warmer climates, they demanded a filter that could keep up with their increased water consumption, including drinks like tea and coffee.

Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
