Instructions:
Discard oxygen absorber.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix in oil and bread mix, knead until smooth.
Cover dough, let rest 15 min.
For Bread: Shape, place in greased pan, let rise until above pan.
For Rolls: Divide, shape, let rise until doubled.
Preheat oven to 400°F, bake.
Bread: 20-25 min
Rolls: 12-15 min
Optional: Butter tops after baking.

Dough is ready when stretchable.
If stiff, add water gradually.
With mixer, mix on 2nd speed for 10-20 min.
